The Marketing Director is a senior management position, responsible for marketing, patron services and brand management. The Marketing Director works closely with the Managing Director, the Artistic Director and other senior staff. Major responsibilities include:
- Planning and execution of subscription, single ticket and group marketing initiatives to achieve ticket sales goals for The Rep’s six-play Mainstage season and three-play Studio season. The total ticket sales goal for the current season is $4.8 million.
- Ensuring superior patron service and patron satisfaction through oversight of box office and front of house services.
- Shaping public perception of The Rep through brand management and brand identity.
