Overview: The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis seeks a House Manager to oversee front-of-house operations at performances for the Mainstage and Studio Theatres, as well as for the Imaginary Theatre Company and Ignite! New Play Festival. The House Manager supervises front-of-house staff, ensuring patron satisfaction and resolving patron problems and complaints. The House Management team reports to the Marketing Director.
Schedule: The House Manager position is seasonal, with 30 weeks of employment between August and April. The position is part-time, with hours varying by week and ranging from 12-24 hours per week. The position entails mostly evening and weekend hours, with some daytime hours for weekday matinee performances. The House Management team supervises 7 to 9 performances per week at The Rep. The performance schedule varies by week.
