Welcome to Free First Looks—your exclusive invitation to witness the earliest public performances of our productions at The Rep. These special preview performances happen just before opening night and offer a unique, behind-the-scenes glimpse into how a show comes to life.

As part of our commitment to community access and arts education, we're proud to offer complimentary tickets (1–2 per person) to educators and partner organizations. These early performances are not only your first chance to experience the story on stage—they're also vital to the show's creative process. Actors, directors, and designers are still actively fine-tuning the performance, often making real-time adjustments based on audience response.

Come be a part of the journey. Reserve your spot below and enjoy an inside look at theatre in the making!

The Cottage

From the playwright that took Clue from screen to stage, The Cottage is an outrageously roaring 20s romp that will have you laughing from start to finish. Set in 1923 in an English country cottage, a woman decides to expose her latest affair to both her husband—and her lover's wife. As secrets unravel and passions collide, the meaning of love, identity, and marriage are all thrown into question, and served in a way only the British can serve it: with tea. With shocking plot twists, scandalous reveals, and razor-sharp humor, The Cottage is a deliciously funny hit comedy where no one’s secrets are safe.
