We've launched a children's book drive with Llywelyn's Pub!

The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis and Llywelyn’s Pub are teaming up to present the Alabama Story Children’s Book Drive! Bring a new children’s book to any Llywelyn’s Pub location or Café at The Rep to receive a coupon for 20% off tickets to Alabama Story and $10 off your next visit to Llywelyn’s.
All donated children’s books will go to Bring Me A Book St. Louis, a nonprofit which delivers books to underserved neighborhoods and children. Together, we can celebrate literacy and foster the next generation of readers in St. Louis!
We've launched the drive in part to honor Garth Williams' The Rabbits' Wedding, a children's book that faced a ban in 1950s Alabama for its depiction of a black and white rabbit getting married. That true history forms the basis of Alabama Story.
The drive will continue through the end of the production on January 27.
