In running their weekly errands, three generations of Tennessee women take sometimes funny, sometimes distressing daytrips in this compelling and compassionate exploration of love, caring, dedication and responsibility. Traveling from the present to past and from dreams to reality Daytrips recounts the aging process and the all-consuming caring and coping that goes with it.
