3 EASY STEPS TO SUBSCRIBE OR RENEW ONLINE
To help simplify your subscription journey we'd like to offer a brief 3-step process.
STEP 1: PURCHASING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
- Click the BUY NOW button above to purchase.
- Another page/tab will open that will allow you to select the number of subscriptions you'd like to purchase.
- Follow the prompts through to the end of the payment screen to complete your transaction.
STEP 2: EMAIL CONFIRMATION & SHOW DATE SELECTIONS
- After you have completed your order an email from firstname.lastname@example.org will be sent with your confirmation. (If you do not see an email please check your SPAM folder.)
- Within your email will be a link to a form where you will select your show/show dates. (You can also click the button below to access the form.)
STEP 3: COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM
- Once you have purchased your subscription please complete the form mentioned above.
As a Flex Subscription Pass buyer, you have the opportunity to select all performances at one time or just some at various times throughout the season. If you choose to pick additional shows at a later time, please save the link so that you can redeem your passes when you are ready.
- Upon completion of the form, you will be redirected to a Thank You page and your order is complete.
- Look out for your electronic tickets (e-tickets) to be emailed to you from email@example.com within 3-4 business days.
