We hope you’re ready to enjoy the magical journey of The Snowy Day: A Glowy Snowy Experience! Please read through the following information carefully as it contains important information to help ensure you get the most out of your experience.
Your journey will begin on Cricket Dr. by the Visitors Center in Forest Park. Please plan to enter from Grand Dr. or Pagoda Circle (the entrances at Lindell Blvd. will be closed). To get driving directions, CLICK HERE to open Google Maps and get directions from your specific location.

Plan to arrive no more than 45 minutes before your assigned time slot. (Your time slot can be found on the reservation e-ticket/PDF that was emailed to you after your order was placed. The email came from boxoffice@repstl.org )
Once you arrive on-site look for signs and team members in reflective vests who will direct you to a designated holding area. Please have your reservation printed out or pulled up on your phone.
Once in line, your wait time will be no more than 45 minutes (pending the time you arrive - please see Arrival Time directions above). Your assigned lane will be queued to move forward promptly at the designated time. The full experience is approximately 10 minutes.
The Missouri History Museum and Visitor Center will both be closed during this event. Please plan accordingly as there will not be restrooms available to the public.
Our puppets and puppeteers are eager to entertain you. However, if there is rain or if temperatures are dangerously low, we will need to cancel that evening’s event to keep everyone safe.
