In The Rep’s WiseWrite Program, fifth grade students in two public Elementary Schools learn playwriting and playmaking skills while increasing communication skills and self-esteem by working with theatre professionals and drama students. Selected plays are presented at a festival held at The Rep.
The 14th Annual WiseWrite Festival of One-Act Plays will be presented at the Loretto-Hilton Center on Friday, April 9, 2009 from 9 am–12:30 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
WiseWrite is a collaborative project with Springboard.
