You may call the Box Office at (314) 968-4925. Deaf or speech-disabled patrons may use the Relay Missouri service by calling (800) 735-2966 (TTY) or (800) 735-2466. The Box Office FAX number is (314) 963-3566. You may also visit the Box Office in the lobby of the Loretto-Hilton Center, located at 130 Edgar Road, Webster Groves, Missouri. Grandel Theatre Box Office: The Box Office at the Grandel Theatre, 3610 Grandel Sq., opens for walk-up sales one hour prior to the scheduled curtain time of each Off-Ramp performance. For advance sales, please call (314) 968-4925 or visit the main Box Office in the lobby of the Loretto-Hilton Center. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted for phone or in-person purchases. MasterCard is the preferred card of The Rep.
Box Office Hours
Online Box OfficeThe Rep is pleased to offer online ticketing for individual performance tickets. Online sales for the 2008–2009 season begin in August 2008. 2008–2009 Season subscriptions are on sale now.
Service FeesThere are no service fees for ticket purchases by Rep subscribers or for purchases made in person at The Rep's Box Office. Box Office Sales: There is a per-ticket processing fee of $1 for all phone orders. These fees are waived for Rep subscribers and for walk-up sales at the Box Office. Online Sales: A per-ticket processing fee of $3 ($1.50 for Imaginary Theatre Company performances) applies to all online purchases. There are no order handling fees for online purchases.
Seating ChartsMAINSTAGE AT THE LORETTO-HILTON CENTERAll seating in the Virginia Jackson Browning Mainstage Theatre is reserved in four sections. Please note that no seat in the theatre is more than 20 rows from the stage. With The Rep's "thrust stage", the audience is seated on three sides of the playing area, affording a uniquely intimate theatrical experience and an unparalleled view of the show. This seating map is interactive. Click on the starred hotspots to see an example view of the stage from that seating section.
![]() STUDIO AT THE LORETTO-HILTON CENTERBecause the configuration of the stage and seating area varies from production to production, the 125-seat Emerson Studio Theatre offers open seating for all productions. THE GRANDEL THEATREThe Grandel Theatre seats 467 and features a thrust-stage, with seating on two levels. No main floor seat is more than nine rows from the stage. ![]() |
